Im a first time mom my son is 4 months old ive been breastfeeding exclusivly since birth.i now have to go back to work and need him to go onto a bottle ive tried every teat,formula even expressed my milk and he still doesnt want it.i go back to work in 2 weeks and im really stressing now.ive really tried everything,tried someone else feeding him tried waiting till he is hungrey but nothing is working please please please help me i dont know what to do.

ANSWER:
- Its not the bottle alone, those who are breast fed dont like any thing else becos breast is best.
if you really need to use something else, like a bottle.. try introducing it with expressed milk- with spoon preferably and may be with bottle. the introduction can be made initially as an offer before and after breast feed and later as only compulsion.
Once the frequncy of feeds goes down, baby wont latch to breast very often and will aaccept spoon feeds.

did you ever go out for 6 hours leaving baby witha caretaker and bottle? it works sometimes.
