commonly such bleeds is due to nasal crusts which may be at time ssmall problems in nose like inferior turbinate hypertrophy or a deviated nasal septum in nose. such bleeds can be provoked by nose picking and rest and soothing solutions wills ettle the matter.
YES! time is a cure in some of these cases as larger the nose size, less the chances of crusting - with growing age.
